Ingredients

- 200 g Brie
- 200 g Prosciutto
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 m Twine
Instructions
- Agarrar una pechuga, cortarla estilo mariposa. Aplanar.
- Relleno con Camembert / Brie + Prosciutto + bacon.
- Enrollar y amarrar.
- Sear on pan.

Beef Bourguignon
Ingredients
- 1 lb filet mignon
- 1 cup Red wine
- 1 cup Beef stock
- 1 Onion
- 2 mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 parsley
Instructions
- Sear beef chunks in a heavy pot until browned.
- Sauté vegetables, then deglaze with wine and add stock.
- Simmer low and slow until the meat is fork-tender.
- Thicken sauce if desired before serving.
Beef with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp shallots
- 2.5 lb beef of filet
- 0.25 cup Madeira
- 0.75 cup Beef stock
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp Parsley
Instructions
- Sear steaks in butter to desired doneness and set aside.
- Sauté shallots and mushrooms; deglaze with wine and stock.
- Stir in cream and corn starch slurry; simmer until thickened.
- Pour sauce over beef and garnish with parsley.
Estofado
Ingredients
- 5 chicken legs
- 0.5 tomato
- 0.5 onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 potato
- 0.5 cup peas
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp Sibarita
Instructions
- Brown chicken legs with onion, tomato, and Sibarita seasoning.
- Add sliced carrots, potatoes, and a splash of water; cover and simmer.
- Toss in peas and raisins during the last 10 minutes.
- Cook until potatoes are tender and sauce has thickened.
Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Cooked rice
- Soy sauce
- Eggs

Instructions
- Scramble eggs in a hot wok or large pan and set aside.

Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 10 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.66 cup molasses

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves) in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients (softened butter, brown sugar, molasses, egg, vanilla) in another bowl

- Divide dough in half
- Wrap each half in plastic wrap and pat down to create disc shapes
- Chill discs for at least 3 hours (up to 3 days)

- Peas

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 1 oz milk
- 2 garlic
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tomatoes
Instructions
- Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, and minced garlic; form into balls and brown in a pan.
- Blend or chop tomatoes to create a quick sauce and simmer meatballs in it.
- Cook the rice separately.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over the rice.
Milanesa de Pollo
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
